The Rain Drop pattern Damascus steel blade is hand forged from 1095/15N20 alloy steels, creating a beautiful pattern with 176 true layers.

The Damascus steel used in this knife is of high quality, providing excellent edge retention and sharp cutting abilities. The blade has a hardness of HRC 58-60 and has been hand sharpened to a sharp edge. Due to the individuality of the bone, the color shade may vary slightly. The knife comes with a handmade durable leather sheath for safe storage.

Our Damascus steel is made with a mixture of 1095HC and 15N20 nickel carbon, heated together and folded repeatedly to create 396 layers. The blade is then burned in acid, revealing the layers and creating the unique Damascus pattern. All Damascus steel is acid etched to showcase the layers, and high polishing results in a satin finish. The handles of our knives are also high polished, revealing the layers near the blade and creating a beautiful contrast.
